McLaineO does not offer returns or exchanges on any items handmade or ready to ship.

Cancelations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If a cancelation is requested within 48 hours of purchase you will be refunded the total minus a 40% restocking fee.

McLaineO does strive to offer the highest quality garments. Please contact if you have any problems with your order. Defective items will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
